Terms of Service

The terms and conditions that apply to our services.

1. Quotes

All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued and are based on the information provided at the time. Prices may be revised after a physical inspection if conditions differ from those described.

2. Bookings & cancellations

Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled at no cost up to 24 hours before the booked time. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a $80 call-out fee.

3. Payment

Payment is due on completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept card, EFT and cash. Commercial accounts are billed on 14-day terms by arrangement.

4. Warranty

Most general pest treatments include a 6 or 12-month warranty for the targeted pests. If the pests return within the warranty period we will return and re-treat at no charge. Warranty does not cover new infestations from outside the treated structure or pests not specified in the original treatment.

5. Termite treatments

Termite warranties are subject to the conditions in the written treatment proposal and require an annual inspection to remain valid. Termite damage is not covered — only the eradication and re-treatment of live termite activity within the warranty period.

6. Safety & access

You are responsible for granting safe and reasonable access to all areas requiring treatment, removing pets and children from treated areas as advised by the technician, and following any post-treatment instructions provided in writing.

7. Liability

We carry full public liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the cost of re-performing the service, except where required otherwise by Australian Consumer Law.
