A full chemical treatment creates a continuous, treated soil zone around 100% of your home’s perimeter — including under paving, garage slabs, patios, expansion joints and piers. Termites travelling through that zone pick up a lethal dose of non-repellent termiticide and transfer it through the colony before they realise they’re affected.

A 150mm wide × 300mm deep trench is dug against the perimeter wall. Termidor HE is mixed at the labelled rate and rodded into the soil as it's backfilled.

12mm holes are drilled at 200–300mm spacings through paths, patios, garage slabs and expansion joints. The termiticide is pressure-injected to create a continuous zone under the hardscape.

For homes with sub-floor access, the entire sub-floor soil is treated by injection or low-pressure spray to AS3660.2.

Bath traps, shower bases and any cracked slabs are treated through small drill points. Holes are sealed and colour-matched.
